Endodontics at BristolDent Harbourside

Dr George Yiangou has been providing private root canal treatment on a referral basis since 2020. Since June 2023, when he started working under the BristolDent brand, Dr George Yiangou provided more than 1000 private root canal treatments, serving almost 20 practices in the Bristol and Bath areas.

At our new practice, BristolDent Harbourside, availability is improved, and patients can be seen earlier. Additional clinical support will also be in place for urgent cases, so that patients do not have to wait for a long period of time before being seen.

Our approach to root canal treatment, however, will remain the same:

• Evidence based care with the use of state of the art technology and material of the highest quality.
• Clear communication on the success potential for treatment.
• Predictable cost.

BristolDent Harbourside is equipped with an in house Planmeca CBCT that provides imaging support for complex cases without need for external referrals.

In difficult cases, as long patients are happy to try to save their teeth, all effort will be made to do so without imposing additional charges when healing response is slow. This stems from the understanding that it is critical for referring dentists and patient to have a clear idea of costs, and the belief that patients should not bear a financial penalty for something largely outside their control.
